DO MATWALE is a story of two young man, Amar and Ajay who fall prey to circumstances to do things against their nature.

Amar who is a village lad comes to Bombay for treatment of his mother who is suffering from cancer. In hospital Dr. Pooja, sister of Ajay falls in love with Amar. Ajay is a thief but he loots only rich people and helps the needy. When he comes to know about the relation of Pooja and Amar, he disapproves it and fixes Pooaj's marriage to some other boy. On the marriage day Amar comes and abducts Pooja. They get married in a temple. Ajay becomes a wounded lion.

He searches Amar here and there. One day he finds Amar who has come to see his mother. After a confrontation Amar returns with a promise to bring Pooja back. Here Pooja sabs herself in saving chastity which was to be destroyed by villains. She dies in the lap of Amar. New Amar cannot return Pooja back to Ajay. Ajay misunderstands Amar as a murderer of Pooja when he comes to know she is dead. Now Amar is after villains and Ajay is after Amar. Villains hire Ajay to kill Amar.
